noob VS high elo?

Hey guys i just started playing about 2 months ago, i chose my name as TSM because my friend said that was a pretty cool team, there are my basic infos now gonna talk about the topic. I am a noob to LOL, i just hit level 30 few days ago. I have been facing Bronze/Sliver/Gold/Plat/Diamond5-4 players in my normals since i was level 20 and they have been recking me. I want to play my placements but im scared that there are going to be high elo players in my placement too, therefor i will not be able to climb very high. So my question is that are there going to be high ranked players in my placements/ranks,and why im facing them as a complete noob and how can i improve myself in order to not get absolutely reck. The only time you will see high ranked players in your placement is if they are smurfing (Playing on a new account, and not their main). Otherwise. It'll be starting at 1200 MMR (Match made ranking) which is Silver.

I wouldn't recommend doing ranked till you get about 500 normal games under your belt and feel pretty confident yourself will do well. This will give you some time to build up rune pages, and a nice sized champion roster as well as find your perfect roles.

Learn a few tricks to put yourself ahead of opponents. I would recommend you finding a teacher who will have the patience to work with a new player. Preferably Gold 2-1 or higher.
