have you thought about this rito?

hello everybody, i have been playing league for along time now and i had this question pop up when i was playing a game on my phone. in that game players are allowed to change their name ONCE at a certain level FOR FREE. examples of that would be clash of clans, clash royal, etc. so i was wondering if rito want the players to be able to change their names once for nothing at a certain level. i think this would make sense because a lot of new players just make random names because the fancy ones are taken. after they really get into the game, they might feel their name is bad, embarrassing, so they would not communicate to the players because they think people will make fun of him/her when they see that name. so they might as well stay silence. and they wont change their name because they cant afford it with real money or they don't want to use ip because they are missing out champions that they could have played. since riot have refunds, they must have thought of free name changer right?
