Riot please help! Level 7 token not working

I got the first jax level 7 token, however i didn't get anymore from 2 Ss! my jax is level 6 and i have a level 7 thresh. i know i should have gotten 2 level 7 tokens for the 2 Ss but i didnt. RITO PLZ HELP! [zombie-brand-mindblown]
