There really isn't a reason not to build it after the AP and mana buffs and with champs like Swain Janna Soraka being pretty good atm.

I'm pretty sure there really aren't any situations Morello's isn't useful (except maybe if you don't have mana) For only 2900g, you too can prevent heal comp bullshit. Buy a Morello's today.

20% cdr + mana item that can keep up with large rod items? ys pls
