Virtually every game where I've had terrible players who are toxic as well when told to wait for jungler help and stop engaging the lane they've fed 3 kills to hoping for a different outcome has been comprised of 3-4 man premades.

Just keep this garbage in their own realm dealing with other premades. SoloQ should be actually soloQ.
