Does the removal of boot upgrades nerf Kalista AGAIN?
My poor spear chucking adc is quickly becoming inaccessible to all but the highest of elos.

How does removing boot enchants hurt her? They didn't help her jump around, the bonus speed they gave didn't help her jump around. If anything her late game opponents will be slower now making it easier for her to kite them.
In what way does this negatively effect her?

iirc a red say enchantment barely make a difference though so it doesn't really matter.
I, myself, never really noticed much of a difference either.

They don't scale with the enchants from what I understand.

I don't believe boot enchantments affect it. Only whether you have Boots of Speed or one of it's upgrades.
I'm also not sure whether or not Boots of Swiftness give you a greater jump distance.
