non-ranked match making

I don't know why match making does this other than its 5 people throw them together because they aren't in ranked and there you go. The matchmaking Match making thinks almost every match i get into will be a good one, but it seems to always be a stomp, unless there is a blue moon. The outcome (disregard the wins #) I went to see if riot thinks this is something they know but not one comment on it so i don't know if they know the situation. The support/awareness I don't know the number of people who play ranked vs normals but i am pretty sure you can make ranked more like ranked so that then the ones that want to play better without betting lp can do so.
