How do i not get in a game where my team (what feels like) always feed in ranked or afk that game?

I would really like to know how to get out of Bronze 1 with my luck of the draw on the teams. When I queue I tend to loose more than when I don't. No one listens to just farm under turret and just push lanes to where if I am jng, I can't gank them well. Would really like to know.

you need to pick a champ that can carry and know it well

I'm in the same boat as you, my friend. Every time I do good/neutral, my team always feeds, and every time I jungle they push the lanes up so I can't gank. It sucks.
