Ping Actives with 'G'

So I've noticed a lot of additions to the ping actives. Most of them are great, while there are some I still don't know how to utilize. However, I am hoping that someone will see this suggestion and implement it right away.

The idea is simple: add FPS ping active.

We already have the option to notify our teammates if we are lagging, however, I am suffering from really low FPS for the past month, or more, which really affects my gameplay. It's easy to show my team my 720 ms delay, but when my computer is running at 5 fps, sometimes locking up at 0 fps, I am unable to show that in game. This information can be very valuable, if not just as valuable as pinging your solid 30 ms.

I feel like fps should be pretty consistent though, since fps isn't something that is directly influenced by external issues like lag. If you're noticing lower fps than normal, something is most likely eatting up your gpu in the background, and could probably be disabled (and/or you might need to make sure your drivers are updated and that sort of thing).

Having 5fps or similar isn't exactly playable, but you should be able to sort out fps issues in a custom game in advance, and theres little reason why your fps should spike/plummet mid game by more than a handful of fps, so you shouldn't really need a ping for it (unlike lag, which you can have unforseen bouts of it due to connection issues that aren't local to your machine). If you are getting normal fps but it drops as you play, I'd be looking for bigger problems, like your gpu potentially overheating or something.

I feel like it's such a small thing to add though. I was actually surprised to not see it available to click on. The FPS drops as I play and comes and goes as well, it's very inconsistent, but usually spikes when I'm running Curse. That being said, it started getting really bad mid summer and has gradually gotten worse with no idea of how to fix it aside from not running anything other than League, which means I can't communicate with team members. With no real fix in sight, I feel like some people other than myself would appreciate having that heads up if someone is experiencing problems with the their computer.
