Ready Queue Acceptance Button

It doesn't happen that often, but when people don't accept and the queue "resets" after I've accepted multiple times, it doesn't register my last click of the button. The button disappears from view and then I am greeted ten seconds later with a notice saying I didn't accept. This has also happened to my friends who queue up with me, so I know it isn't an isolated bug. It is very disruptive when trying to get into game, and if it happens twice in a row to us, then we get a 5 minute penalty. I don't know what other information would be required to test this bug out, but it's really annoying.
