We really need a keystone for DPS mages

All of the current keystones feel bad on DPS mages which makes up something like 1/3 - 1/2 of the mage roster. In particular: Malzahar, Brand, Rumble, Karthus, Swain & Cassiopeia all feel like they have no keystone options available.

Cassiopeia has possibly the BEST interaction of any with meteor

Aery is ok on rumble since hes so close range most of the time, but it still feels underwhelming.
