New locket-stoneplate interaction

I love the new locket change on PBE, but am concerned about its interaction with stoneplate -- that would make an otherwise balanced locket OP, since all the stoneplate's additional HP are bonus HP. And if locket is balanced around having stoneplate with it, it would make it uninteresting without, which would decrease build variety.

I am not really sure what to do about that, other than lower stoneplate's active bonus HP (that would reduce other potentially toxic interactions, such as chogath's stoneplate+ult), and bump its other stats:

Proposal: New stoneplate active: +30% HP, 60% if 3+ enemy champions nearby, -50% damage. Increase its armor/MR to compensate. This will make it less problematic for new locket interaction, as well as cho ult, and other potential things that key off bonus HP.

Locket+stoneplate would still be a strong combo, but not as problematic "must have both if have locket" as it would be with the current +100% HP active.

I don't see how it would be all that OP. lockets' shield decays anyway.

Mid-late game, lets say 1.7K base HP, and 500 bonus HP (FoTM+runes, not even late game yet). The shield is base shield + 45HP, not bad. Now hit your stoneplate in a teamfight. You now have 2.7K bonus HP, so shield is base+400, that's a LOT. and it's not late game yet.

Late game, 2.1K base + 1.5K bonus HP, without stoneplate you got ~450 shield, not bad. With stoneplate that's 5.1K bonus HP, so ~1K shield, almost a mini taric ult, seems on the OP side.

If the bonus HP ratio is nerfed, that'd make stoneplate+locket balanced, but will make locket without stoneplate uninteresting, hence my concern.
