Riot Anivia and Brand haven't been touched balance wise in a long time

So lets keep it that way shall we ? Anivia last balance change was a mana cost buffs in January 2014 and Brand's last change was the 9 of July of 2013 (Also mana related). They did not become OP out of the blue, they always were very good picks, and now that you introduced deathfire touch, then yeah, of course the few DOT mages we have will take over the game. IF you do want to fix this, look into your Masteries, and not at the champions. Remember a few weeks back when Veigar was the OP champ of the month ? That was a case of overbuffs leading to a over annoying champion. This time, the champs received no buffs (Actually with the price increase, it was almost a indirect nerf, but whatever) and if you are to judge them OP, judge your Deathfire touch first.

Edit: I am aware of the base mana changes last patch, but I doubt that they would suddenly become OP because of that, since other champs that received the same buffs are them ,did not become OP, Ziggs is a example of this
