The new champion mastery should reward rune pages
Everytime you complete the requirements to fully "master" that champion, you should receive a rune page.
Runes and rune pages take too long to grind for, this would help out players a lot.

How about instead they just give a nice little IP reward instead (500-1000)? That way people can spend it on whatever they want.
Also a full rune page for every champ mastered seems excessive.
What about us players with all champions, 20 rune pages and absolutely nothing to spend IP on?
I don't think rune pages need to be free, what needs to be free is runes themselves.
A rune page seems very excessive considering it only takes 15-30 games to hit rank 5.
