Add the ability the browse the client while in LeaverBuster queue

Personally I'm a fan of the new LeaverBuster, where it doesnt just ban you account, instead it just puts you in a lower priority queue for a couple of minutes (or sometimes an hour, if you've been punished over and over). If you've never gotten one of these punishments, it's basically like a queue before the actual queue.

The only complaint I have with this is that when you get placed in the lower priority queue... you can't do anything but wait it out and stare at a screen that tells you how much time you have remaining. Then there's also a button that makes you leave the queue and reset your time. Honestly, I feel like you should be able to exit this screen and browse the client while your waiting. There should be a button next to the "leave queue" button that says, "browser PvP.Net." This feature is already in spectator mode, in the champion select phase. This allows you to remain "spectating" while still being allowed to access anything on the client.

Please Riot we need this!

I agree. If they don't add this then players would just be busy browsing other things on their PC, I'd imagine Riot would rather have players browsing the League client.

I understand what you're saying, and I agree that it would be preferable for those in said low priority queue.

With that said, I disagree. Low priority queue is MEANT to be such a pain, that you won't ruin games for your teammates again out of fear of being placed back in low priority. Play your games, get out of low priority, and stop afk'ing and ruining games for the rest of us.
