Can you drop ranks?
I was just wondering if you could full on drop a rank in league, for example if you're bronze 1 and you constantly lose, could you drop to bronze 2, or lower? I've got mixed answers for this question and I need help asap.

Yes. You can always drop ranks at any level. Though falling from a Tier like Silver 5 to Bronze 1 takes a lot more loses (10 if you recently reached it) and then usually 3 if it's just a division (1/2/3, ect)
Yeah, and you can drop full on leagues too. Lose a number at 0 lp and you'll go down. The road always starts down, and then goes up.
I think the mixed answers you were getting before might of been for Rank drops through Decay (Not playing ranked etc). In which case, you could lose ranks from not playing Ranked for a whole month (I believe?) and the rank decay only applies to the higher ranks (I think it was Plat but might of been Gold when Decay starts, I'm not to sure)
I cant tell if this is a trick question or a troll question.. Yes, you can loose ranks just as easily as gain ranks. It is based on MMR (overall performance rating), not LP.
I had one time where I went on a losing streak and hit 0 and then on the next game I lost I got demoted. Felt bad....
