Bard or kench?
I'm new to the whole support role in league.. but I do have Kench and Bard. Anyone of you know what support can is better in general.. late game mid or early. Just looking for an answer.

hiya! level six mastery bard player here, with a decent bit of knowledge on kench
bard's generally a little bit of a higher skillcap champion, but he isn't absolutely impossible to play well. he'll probably take a little longer to understand and get good with, but if you're willing to put in that time he can be really good. like, carry your team through raw utility good.
kench is good if your team is lacking in a tank, or if you have a very aggressive enemy botlane. he's one of the best champions for saving your adc or anyone else, and does a decent bit of damage. he's kind of like a juggernaut, almost, but a support juggernaut with protective aspects.
i'd say try both and see what appeals to you more. if you like bard, you'll probably like other enchanters, like

or . if tahm kench is more your thing, tankier supports such as 
and will serve you well.
