I usually don't play normal game mode, but I went to play one while waiting for my headset to charge and man are the teams unfair. The enemy team was saying how they werent having fun at all because I was just spawn killing them the whole time.
You guys should balance the teams a bit in my opinion.

Pretty much this. All game modes have their own MMR associated with them, hence why people who "main" ascension tend to get matched with players FAR higher mechanically skilled than they are, yet lack the map presence.
When you're matched against Level 30 Unranked -> Bronze 5 (being the highest), either your MMR hasn't evened out yet, or you are one of the typical "ALL OR NOTHING" type of players. This is further backed up by your OP.GG showing a 0% win rate in any other lane than top (a lane that Jayce is heavily favored in and wins almost every matchup), and buying 6 tears as a build when you are losing.
