Do you guys think these champions are fairly balanced?

So basically, I just want to ask if you guys think these guys are balanced or not.

1.) Ekko. I main this champion and love him, and I think he is pretty strong at the moment. He is probably below OP, but a bit stronger than average. If they do anything to Ekko, I think they should leave him as he is. Maybe a small nerf, but nothing to big.

2.) Jax is one of those champions that I think is at the perfect spot. I might be biased, as he is a secondary of mine. He is a strong pick, but not OP, and his splitpush is pretty strong.

3.) Gragas as a jungler seems a little weak if you ask me, but I bet an experienced player could do some work with him.

4.) Jungle Rumble is another champion who I feel is at the same level as Ekko in terms of strength. He might be a little to strong, so a slight nerf might put him into the perfect position. I'm surprised he isn't picked more often.

5.) Fiddlesticks. Why. WHY IS THIS CHAMPIONS SO BAD? I personally think they need to buff his Q range and damage a little bit to help his jungling.
