Because it would be pretty cool to see some more character stories for those champions and see their point of view. Or maybe just see how others see them. I think the lore update for Demacia was very well done, so it would be cool to see one for Noxus.

Eternal7912 votesWell Warwick isn't exactly essential to Zaun, and Zaun got a lore update with his rework. I'm pretty confident we will get the Noxus update with Urgot.

The shadow Isles already had its lore updated last year. It's unlikely a large update will follow, maybe some minor tweaks. The places that haven't seen an update are Ionia (other than the vastaya, jhin and the kinkou, there was nothing added), Freljord, Noxus, Bandle City and the Void

I figured it'd be the next nation to get an update after Demacia, since the two have such strong lore ties and Urgot is the next champ to get a VGU.
Then Rakan and Xayah came out, and several characters got a massive update and in particular Nami got to prove she's best girl again. The question at this point is whether the next update will be Ionia to tie into the Vastaya update. It's certainly possible. If it isn't, then I'd put my money on Noxus to go with Urgot's VGU, just like they did Zaun w/Warwick. iirc.
Eternal7911 votesIf Noxus is the next region to get a lore update it probably won't be with Urgot, considering another new champion is supposed to come out before him. Although I would be extremely pleased to see Urgot and the Noxus update come first.
As far as the new champion goes, I'm personally hoping for a Void or Shadow Isles champ, meaning one of those regions would be updated (probably not Shadow Isles as its already been updated). I kinda hope its not Ionia next, cause other than Jhin, champs from that region tend to bore me immensely.

If it's not Noxus or Ionia, I wanna hear from Bandle City. The Shadow Isles are basically updated already, and the Void... honestly it just bores me to tears from champions to concept.
