Because it would be pretty cool to see some more character stories for those champions and see their point of view. Or maybe just see how others see them. I think the lore update for Demacia was very well done, so it would be cool to see one for Noxus.
Dude, I am looking forward to new Noxian lore more than Christmas. Especially the status of the Ionian Invasion.
definitely! all champions and all regions gonna get updates because many of them are outdated. it just going to take a great deal of time :D

Though then again he isn't that central to Noxus,so who knows if we get a lore update or not.

I figured it'd be the next nation to get an update after Demacia, since the two have such strong lore ties and Urgot is the next champ to get a VGU.
Then Rakan and Xayah came out, and several characters got a massive update and in particular Nami got to prove she's best girl again. The question at this point is whether the next update will be Ionia to tie into the Vastaya update. It's certainly possible. If it isn't, then I'd put my money on Noxus to go with Urgot's VGU, just like they did Zaun w/Warwick. iirc.
