...you can help the tank out by attacking the enemy who is getting dove. If you just stand there, your teammate is probably going to die, and that's free gold for the enemy team. At least try to kill the enemy and help your buddy survive.

True. I play mage, but there are times when the tank engages, and someone will just sit there and watch. Then, you see in chat, "report noob top/jg he feed"

Obviously, there are situations where you shouldn't just dive someone willy nilly. But it's another thing when the enemy is on low health and you don't help your tank kill them. If you don't commit in these situations, you get no value out of them. There are times to play safe, and times to do something.

No but seriously, have to think about it - the lower your level the more likely you're gonna' hear 'enemy doublekill!'. It is TRUE..... but it's possible your teammate might have just done something stupid- so I mean, think first.
