Bring back old Last Whisper and revert flat armor pen changes already

Enough is enough. Bring back last whisper and revert those changes to armor pen that have been plagueing the game ever since preseason 6. Tanks dominate the meta, ADCs had to abuse flat armor pen, AD fighters build tank and dominate because it works and assassins can have a godlike early and take a free fall late game, and all that because of 1 single change for no real reason and your only argument was that Last Whisper was too "generalistic". You argue against generalism and remove an item because of that when your own game is GENERALISTIC TO IT'S CORE!!!

Stop making senseless arguments and unhealty changes to this game.
