Why isn't Devil Teemo at least legendary tier skin?

Pretty much what the tilte says. Well, since he already has a legendary, this skin should be an ultimate. It's Teemo's TRUE IDENTITY, it should be an Ultimate skin.

Neither of corki's skins have that quality and only one of Trist's skins really have legendary quality... sooo it was an honest mistake. Also why the downvoted for that comment? lmao

Actually yes... both have unique voiceovers which is the MAIN qualification for legend skins

1820 RP - LEGENDARY SKINS A legendary skin completely changes the look and feel of a champion. Features: new model, new texture, new splash image, new animations, new visuals, new voice over and sounds.

His skins don't actually have a lot of the qualifications of a true legendary skin. They use the base animations, don't really have much on the side of new effects.

At least Firefighter Trist has particles / new sound effects making it closer to 1350 now.

Back to Back? not really, it more than a year ago when omega squad came out. And, i don't even play teemo, but this skin should be either legendary or better yet, ultimate.

Because legendary skins are supposed to deliver alternate takes on the champions,this one barely changes anything.

I can't tell if you're joking or not. I guess you could come from the angle that he has always been a demon and therefore doesn't need a new VO. Then again, a new VO would have been very appropriate for a skin like this. I think the community was kind of expecting a skin like this to be legendary quality.

Not that I care that much one way or the other. Just trying to figure out what direction this comment is coming from.

I would like it to be legendary considering I'm a former Teemo main but, I feel like the community and riot would think it's not really fair to let Teemo have 2 legendaries while more other champions need some skins.

the ultimate skins usually have a "gimmick" I guess you could say, they really can't do one from devil Teemo in my opinion.
