My parry was on a 24 second cooldown, because I had to survive the jungler gank. Just the fact that her W is on 24 second cooldown doesn't make sense at all. there's champion like annie E or Irelia W with lower damage reduction cooldown , while garen and fiora have the most absurd cooldown ever.

I already have to parry all the stuff he lands on me and now you want me to parry his ult as well? are you serious bro?, his Q is not a skill shot takes no skills and heal him , a targeted cancer ability, his W zones you out at tower.

if you build tiamat you gonna mess up your CS at the tower and if you try to push with it, this guy poke your eyes out. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO FOR THAT CS.

oh do you think i didn't wait for the red bar to go on cooldown? and when he was about to flash kill me i jumped on the other direction , just the fact that i survived that without my parry is already good enough , most people without parry up would have died.

AND LET'S NOT FORGET THAT HE'S A RANGED CHAMPION BEATING A MELEE CHAMPION WITH LITERALLY NO EFFORT , EASIEST CHAMPION EVER CREATED.

doesn't even make sense that they reworked him and yet he still have his auto targeted cancer abilities hitting everyone inside the range YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO FREAKING AIM WITH E, his Q is still a auto targeted ability , yeah i play fiora takes skill , you probably don't play her so in case you didn't know her Q is a skill shot her W is a skillshot her passive take skills,it's the same difficulty then a skillshot and sometime worst depending on the matchup, and her ultimate is her passive.

please don't even get me started , each someone gonna post something like this i'm going to come with facts so you better get you fact straight.

Where's the issue here exactly? Just about everyone nowadays turret dives free of punishment and normally they GET the kill. If this Fiora parried his burst she'd have gotten off without a single point of damage taken and he'd have lost his flash and ultimate, then been a free kill to her constant damage and chase after he burned his Red Q and E on a parry and lost 28% of his health bar plus his defense mechanic just to prevent from dying.

My advice: When he's got a red Q charged and he's running towards you channeling his E even though he's out of range, he's about to flash on top of you and use every spell he's got on you within a 1 second window. It's extremely predictable. You can literally see his Q and E announcing to the whole world that they're about to try to kill you, and he has to burn a summoner just to land it. When you see him running in with his red Q and charging his E, press your one little button that parries everything and then tear him up. He literally does not have the option to delay his spells and wait for your parry to end. Why nerf what you could simply study?

Edit: He loses 8% of his health for casting E and 20% for casting his pool, and a parried Q will not heal him one bit.

last i remember, parried Qs actually do heal him. this may have changed recently, but it is unlikely

Even if that's the case, it won't save him from the full health Fiora he blow his flash and W just trying to get into melee range of near a tower.

No Executioner's Calling, or Hexdrinker as far as I can see, and Fiora shits on Vladimir by midgame since he's all health with barely any defense outside of MAYBE Zhonya's if he farmed / got fed enough.

Not having Executioner's though is bad enough. A lot of Fiora's are running Grasp right now, and you'd win all early trades between the healing from your vitals, Doran's Blade / Shield, and Grasp.
