I think the first win set up should be reworked in a fashion similar to other MOBAs, so that we can get more out of it. Have a first win for each mode, such as:
-Normal (5vs Blind) -Normal (5vs Draft) -Normal (3vs) -Ranked (5vs solo) -Ranked (5vs team) -Ranked (3vs) -Dominion (blind) -Dominion (draft) -Aram

Kürama1 votesI don't agree. Leave the First Win as it is, because a lot of people are not likely to play all the game modes in a day.
What I suggest is, add IP bonuses for sportsmanship or something at the end of the match, and higher IP bonuses for Dominion, cause Dominion needs it.

Kürama1 votesSome players would definitely be enticed to do it, but the question is do they have all that time in a day? Suppose they have long school / work days and maybe go to gym or do some other activities after school / work?
Then there is the fact that it would make them game seem repetitive or boring, if people were doing it for solely IP and not for actual fun. This turns people away from the game. I talk from experience because I played games solely for rewards before and lost interest rather quickly.
Sukishoo1 votesWho cares if they do or not? Sure not everyone does but that doesn't change the fact that the ability is available in other games. It's just there to gives extra options on getting a bonus and would also entice people to play other game modes.
PandanDragon1 votesIf they play the game just to get the extra IP, leaving work/school to do it then it's 'them' that have a problem with work-life/leisure balance.
And if they're still playing the different modes thinking it's not 'fun' then it's pretty much their fault, they don't have to play the new game modes.
Implementing this would finally mean 3v3s and ARAM being noticed. Though I don't think you need the draft/ranked versions of the game.
