kindred feels painful after scuttle patch
getting marks just feels so, sosososo much harder. in an average game where I can get 3ish marked camps now I'd have one. can we get some word on any changes coming to help kindred out... please!!!??

Kindred is one of the top tier junglers tho
Camp marks aren't as important as they seem to be. You can sacrifice a couple marks for the sake of pressure. They're usually only worth it if they're on the way. Like, you finish your blue side and raptors get marked. Then you know you can b and go bot because the enemy jungler will be going to their red side.
They actually give pretty valuable info for the first 30 seconds or so after they spawn.
Are you actually implying Kindred needs a buff?
I just wish they could make it so the 1st mark (the scuttler mark) appears on the one you ATTACK.

Are you back in 8.11?
Why not say, you get first X number of marks from any camp/scuttle/enemy?
Then If you want more marks after that, they are chosen for you.
Sort of like 
getting 6 stacks from minions if he wants, then needing enemies, or dragon/baron.
