When the enemy team has no hope and then this happens

This a play I made in my last game, once late game hit we were getting wrecked. Kog had too much damage and we could never get back to him. we would have lost, hands down i knew I had to make a play and it payed off with the sweet W. I think the only one who saw it happening was WW, the other 4 blissfully unaware.
