When I think about the community wanting strategic thinking I remember back to my ranked games where everything was set up to a 1 top 4 bottom split push to teleport. Ah yes, those were the good old days. Days where I thought very hard about my strategies.
Only for the one fucker to not actually teleport when we needed them!
What good was using a strategy if no one is gonna go through with it? It's only good for coordinated play. If you're in solo queue no one is going to want listen to you. People want to play as if it were a solo game. Why? Because 'solo' queue. It means it should be played solo right? And who wants to interact with assholes on the internet? Save yourself the trouble and '/mute all'.
That's what it comes down to. Players won't play a team game unless they take the time to know each other. When it comes to solo queue, which is what a majority of the players that play this game will do, they don't give a fuck about teamwork. They just want to win and blame anyone that makes a mistake.
