I would rather people complain about champions being underpowered than champions over-performing.
Instead of crying about power levels being too high maybe you should be passionate about the champions you love but feel are underpowered so Riot knows what we want...

But it's not a fixed thing. Different champion archetypes benefit from different TTKs, so making a "baseline" is essentially making one group or another useless. E.G. Assassins use burst, ADCs use more consistent damage

all i'm saying is set a standard target TTK upon which we design these archetypes. so say a fighter slightly defensive could be the norm that other classes revolve around.
