So yeah was very unlikely either of those was happening.
They already said Candy Kayn isnt happening because the pun doesnt translate.

I find the Kayn skin to be a monstrosity, and regardless of pun, do not wish for it's existence in any realm.

That Eve was actually done by Jessica Oyenhart, who does some splasharts for riot! She did Eve, Akali, and Irelia's rework splashes, Zoe's base, Varus' new base splash, and Victorious Ori! So it's aaaalmost riot approved.
