I was thinking about the same thing for Rengar. With his W you cant CC him and you cant burst him.

Additionally, Talon now is 900000% impossible to catch in the jungle from my understanding.

I really hope Talon's E gains an actual cooldown if he tries to use it in combat. Trying to catch him will be a nightmare.

Also, Katarina looks obnoxious to deal with.

It has a long as fuck cooldown on the walls themselves. I.E. if he hops a wall to kill you, he can't just hop right back over the same wall.
