How does Fervor of Battle stack with DoT Abilities or Multi-hitting abilities?

I want to know. The upcoming changes to Fervor of battle will make is so Melee champs get 2 stacks per auto and 2 stacks per ability.

So if a champ likeUdyr Uses his Tiger stance strike, one half is an auto the other half is the DoT ability, will he get an instant 4 stacks?

Alternatively, Will MasterYi get 2 stacks from alpha strike or 2 stacks per enemy hit? Same with his Passive? And if you have item 3930 will the ghost strike count towards stacks?

Azir's soldiers apply a stack for each enemy hit. Not just each auto. I don't think DoT ticks stack it, though. I'm also pretty sure the Devourer ghost doesn't stack it, either.
