Morde to be near unplayable next patch

I am a level 7 Morde main who picked him up after the rework.

Morde has the same base MS as a lane minion, with no dashes, mobility, or anything other than w, which decays the closer you get to the targeted ally.

Almost any champ can outrun a Morde who has full boots with just basic boots, even champs who share the 325 ms, because they have dashes or blinks. (Ezreal, Kassadin)

Even running ghost, having full boots, and pre-nerf Rylias, I still get outran.

You're also stuck in Bronze 5. No offensive, but i have a buddy whos in Plat who mains morde with a 74% + winrate on all 3 of his accounts. lol.

I have been improving. My cs is high, I focus towers, ward, and poke.

All I'm saying is that with Rylias nerfed, Morde will be in a terribad spot

And remember, level 7 Mordekaiser, S's all the time

I think you're thinking about it backwards. With Rylais nerfed, it frees up Morde for other balance changes. I think this is better for him. Besides, it's not like MM will let Riot forget him.

Oh yeah, I'm sure everyone would appreciate it if they over-compensation buff him and he becomes permabanned. Especially you Mord mains. :^)

See, once I think on it a bit, I can see why they're waiting a patch. The Rylai's nerf not only decreases Mord's ability to slow others, but reduces the amount that others slow him (not that there aren't enough knockbacks and stuns). They also removed the red buff on-hit dmg and the AP amp on blue buff which means less power in some of the harass heading Mord's way when in a fight.
