I enjoyed my first clash but something was weird

It is normal to find a (clear) level 36 platinum smurf account in tier 2? Or something similar, seems that it happened to a lot of my friends too. If i'm not mistaken Riot said it should have looked smurf accounts by the cellphone confirmation, but many smurfs (also someone i know) just put mom's number x)

However i had fun. This is totally a different game than a normal draft alone!
