Lissandra will be nerfed again. Rito just tell me why!

I get it. The new passive has a strong teamfight potential (even if copies speed and reactivity is not really a death sentence, especially in open spaces) but her laning phase...it's really garbage. You really feel like an underpowered lemon ice-cream than an Ice Witch. Her laning phase has this cons:

-really low dmg, less than most of other control mages. -poor dueling potential before lv 6 -Even after lv 6, there's no way an enemy could die from one full rotation in early-mid game. -You can't really pick anything outside Aftershock, or you will explode instantly after you go all in unsuccessfully. -Mana costs are unforgiving. -Poor waveclear before getting items.

I understand she should be a niche pick to counter assassins and divers, but because she has all this problems, she can't even do what she was meant for. Assassins can approach her and just laugh at her w while she takes the most dmg in trades. Yasuo and hard waveclear champs just shove the wave and roam cos she can't keep up with her Q. She has to use it multiple times and inevitably run low of mana.

Now...we have this (outclassed) Control Mage here with a lot of weaknesses...why Riot wants to nerf her even more?

They want increase EVEN MORE her Q cost and dmg the dmg from E... This nerfs just literally hit her again and increase her weaknesses into oblivion. Why Rito doesn't want her to be at least decent at all? It's like every Teambased champ gets nerfed cos of proplay (see Rakan and others)

I don't think she deserves this nerfs...am i right?

Its a similar issue with item 3504 meta. Riot refuses to acknowledge how busted that item was and consecutively nerfed enchanter champions, most notable is Janna. In the end, they had to gut item 3504 and gave zero compensation buff to enchanters, leaving us with Controller, Vanguard, and Warden support champions.

Aftershock is a busted keystone, not only on Lissandra, but also on Alistar, Leona, or any champion that can apply immediate CC. Riot likes to slow nerf champions that utilize meta efficiently rather than actually solving the core problems. By the time they run out of champions to nerf, they'll nerf the keystone. Consequently, that will leave the nerfed champions somewhat unenjoyable.

I really hate the Fact that Riot is nerfing Lissandra due to the obvious elephant in the Room "Aftershock" I don't like that rune and still they are hitting her already high mana consumption and low damage. This is just absurd. I am waiting to see the patch notes for what their BS explanation is for these nerfs and not nerfing The Rune itself. Because If aftershock does get a hit with a nerf lissandra will be back in B Or C tier.
