Kassadin is simply disgusting atm

It's insane. In hi actual state he has no actual counterplay then SUPER MEGA burst in early game, thing that that only a few champs have: -His interaction with Fleet FootWork and w give him insane sustain, and also almost permanent mana regen, add also the corrupted potion and he u can poke him until tomorrow, he will still be full health! -With his last buffs and mana ratio's, he can r whenever he wants like 5-6-7 times in a row with a few items, his base dmg also is absurd since his poking with q deals a lot of dmg without any ap! -Like all "assassins" who have to take some risks, he just can misplay everything and just flash+ult away.

He's in the best tier for ages right now, he's NOT healthy at all and i really prefer laning vs yasuo and zed , and i said all. Pls. Nerf.Ty.[sg-shisa]

maybe, just maybe, he shouldnt be a "oh you picked any ap champ? welp you lose sucks for you" champ. personally i think a good nerf would be to have his ap shield on his q activate when his q HITS and not when it casts so you have a good opening to poke when he goes up to q

As somebody who played kassadin for a little bit (mainly in top lane lol) I can say that he isn’t strong at all in the early game. Sure the electrocute and ignite combo can get him a lead in mid lane but Kassadin in top is 100% gonna get dumpstered all throughout the early game and will never get a lead or even a kill until at least lvl 6 when he is top and in most of his games in mid lane.

You outplay him by using instant CC when he uses R in and picking a bunch of physical damage champs in the lane he is gonna be in. Use the ban phase to try and identify who is going to go top and pick accordingly.

Either you went against a poke based comet Kass or you are just bad lol. If I remember correctly Kass goes fleet footwork in 90% (exaggerated of course) of his games just so he can survive during the early game and scale.

If you have trouble I would recommend you play an AD poke based champ or an early game aggressive AD champ. Or play a tanky champ that can easily build MR, like Galio. Btw if Kass goes corruption pot then he will be extremely squishy. Let him push out to your side of the lane and have your jungler gank before he is lvl 6.

I agree that he's overtuned / his kit won't work in it's current state, but you're exaggerating too much.

Kassadin's early game damage is still laughably weak compared to the rest of the midlane roster. Especially when running Fleet Footwork or Grasp.

No, definitely not. He has to use it sparingly. Especially early, when the cost ramps up quickly and his damage is still weak.

At level 6, a Kassadin with item 3010 can ult 4 times with his 800 mana, fully depleting his bar. At level 11, a Kassadin with a item 3027 can ult 5 times with his 1,400 mana, fully depleting his bar. At 16 and onwards, Kassadin with item 3100 can ult 5 times with his 2,000 mana, fully depleting his bar (200 short of another ult cast) and can ult 6 times if he takes all 4 item 2010 .

That's not counting him using his Q or E. If he hits you with a W and restores mana, that's not really a problem with Kassadin.

Like all "assassins" who have to take some risks, he just can misplay everything and just flash+ult away.

He's still susceptible to early game harass, he has no hard CC, he barely ever builds resistances other than Zhonya's, and is still locked down by hard CC like any other assassin.

He's in the best tier for ages right now, he's NOT healthy at all and i really prefer laning vs yasuo and zed , and i said all.

Kassadin is at a 52% winrate right now. It's been that way for a few patches. Yasuo, Zed, Katarina, Ahri, and Annie have all actually been meta for ages.

I want Kassadin to be in a healthy state too, but everyone needs to stop with these insanely exaggerating posts.

these exaggerated posts are cuz of people who play low mobility champs and ill be the first to admit that i am a Anivia otp and yes its a hard match up after he hits 6 but at least i have hard cc which as you said really messes with kass but a good kass if his ult is up will dodge it but hey hes not broken just hard to deal with as a champ who has a hard time against him after 6

I mean, honestly, Kassadin is fine. He takes a ton of time to scale, is very susceptible to ganks till level 11, and generally has much less damage than most mages till later on (due to lower base damage and high ratios).

Yeah, he's fine right now, but the problem is that his kit keeps him from being buffed. When strong, Kass dominates the entire game. It's like Zoe, (current) Ornn, Ryze, Kalista, or Azir.

What im saying is he doesn't need a buff. He has a well defined power curve, and can easily be put far enough behind that he is useless unless his team stall till 45 mins

Yes , he's disgusting and people who are defending him and hella delusional his early might not be the best , but at level 7 or 8 or 9 if he has a kill or 2 after his recall , you pretty much can't even trade with him , he is BS , , Talon hard counters him but most of Kass mains will just perma ban Talon anyway

super easy countered by Pyke start item 1055 if you can hit him once or twice at lv 1 with q when lv 2 comes around you can e q him and kill him in the blink of an eye at that point its just a matter of actually keeping him behind. also dont forget to take elecricute and ignight
