Evelyn is not suppose to charm first

I strongly think ,this is coming from a noob player it should be E for empowered, Q and W, run around for 1 sec, or go in bush, activate the Charm stun a sec before it completes with E so it procs almost at same time, then R for finish, bc her Q last 4 seconds i believe, and its possible to do all that in that time if you time it precisely/

when you charm first, your letting the team know shes nearby, and the lens the fuck outta that area, and rekt you or make you flash.

I currently build so you get 20 percent cdr good MR and armor defense plus 10 percent + 15 magic pen on enemies + W 30 percent bonus magic pen percent damage.

shes like yasuo

requires alot of tekniq and such.

So walk up to them and burn all surprise and than just walk around them for 2.5 seconds doing nothing? Wew lad them some pro strats right there. What if they use literally anything to stop you from walking up to them again?

yeah totally true, I don't even play evv but the charm is way too long for an assassin tbh. feels like years before the charm takes effect, plenty of time to right click back to tower

Something to keep in mind is the Charm's cast range and that it's a targeted spell. The idea is for you to attach the Charm, position yourself accordingly, then strike.

It also makes sense from a lore standpoint to charm your targets first just like she does. She seduces them, then tortures them.

only thing I think she needs is more movement speed, she has no speed boost to escape or chase
