[Nerf Suggestion] Nasus Wither

Suggestion: 19 seconds level 1, to max 15 seconds level 5 w/o cdr, with cdr 13.25 seconds Reasoning: highly spammable with min-cdr, and highly annoying for any champ that can not cancel its effects, nor dish cc to slow him down. the fact he can spam it every couple seconds in a team fight makes him the deadly mage tank he is today.

this is my strongest suggestion for it has almost 0 counterplay , even if someone take qss that is for 1 wither attack, just for 4 seconds later he can cast it again.

even then a good suggestion would be to make wither an Aura that is cast when near him, vs a long range attack.
