@RiotRepertoir Can We Talk Grievous Wounds?

Why doesn't AD get it? Why is there only ONE Item for it? Another thing is why can there only be the starter assassin item for it . Why can't there be a mana version of it that gives only mana and little ability power with GW? This is something ive been asking myself for a few weeks since the super life stealer/ on hit effects meta is coming up meaning rapid heals.

EDIT: Yes, I know that is a thing and no i dont need reminders that it does Grievous wounds. I am asking for items that anyone can build. not summoners that you are forced to take.
