Ummm no, go and re-read. I specifically said tmail had its damage nerfed, never that the item as a whole was nerfed. Tmail having damage nerfed is straight up fact, it went from 15% return damage + 25% of armor to 10% of armor and flat 20.

GigglesO1 votesActually I was always one of the first to finish them because they gave too much time on tests. Who needs 50 minutes for a test that only takes 25? Always remembered to bring a book so that you can use the extra time. Most of the time I saw my classmates take extra time because they couldn't separate the emotional stress of "having to pass".
Government IQ test already put me at a 130 IQ in the 3rd grade... which means I'm in the top 2%...
