So. Ekko. Personally I think Ekko is fine right now before patch 5.15. So what we did was lower his bases (great! I do think he does a little too much damage early game, and his passive is strong as Hekko) but when he gets to 300 ap, which isn't a lot for a midlaner, then he will have. At level 2 on his W. 100 + (1.5)(300) around 550. Now this can also aoe stun, great. But what if Ekko gets to say, 500 ap? That's about average. And by then let's say Ekko has level 3 W. 120 + (1.5)(500) = 870.

Does anyone else want to go through an 870 shield?

Even if Ekko doesn't get the stun off he gets a shield of 870 by walking into an area he selects. I'm glad they're nerfing the rest of his early game though, maybe he won't be able to one hit the wave with one q. They didn't change his q. That was a bad joke.

basically, these changes are designed to kill tank Ekko who was getting by without AP because of his high scaling base stats. I think 1.5 AP ratio is overkill, something like 1.2 would be a lot better, but the changes are all more positive than negative.

These changes weren't meant for his early game, they were meant to kill off tank Ekko. I main Ekko and for me, I actually like these changes because I play him AP anyway >:).
