The TSM org has seen ups and downs over the past split and a half, and I would like to specifically look at Wildturtle and try to pinpoint the success of him on Immortals, vs. the lackluster performance on TSM. You could point out the coaching staff as the problem on TSM's side, or maybe their practice schedule, but I think it's somewhat of the org's fault all together. This can be seen in the way that their new players are adjusting, because this was supposed to be a super team, but now that (using these two as examples) Doublelift and Yellowstar are on the team, their performances have dropped drastically. Contrast that back to their original teams, Fnatic and CLG, they both won their splits last season and now they have fallen to middle class teams. Could this be because of the players leaving? And if it is, why wouldn't they be performing as well with apparently all star teammates? Just looking for opinions!

Turtle I think got hurt by Regi's "Don't flash forward" rule towards the end of last split. Look at him now. Flashing forward and going 10-0 with immortals

It's all about synergy between the players, If they have good synergy they will look alot better than if they don't mechanical skills aside

Look at wildturtle's play when he first joined TSM. Very similar to how he is playing now on Immortals. That is how he secured his spot on the team.

TSM handicapped him for their all star mid laner to shine.

He no longer has those restrictions, and is back to good ol wildturtle.
