I'm afraid to play ranked

Hello! I'm a G3 midlane main, but I usually just play every role. But recently I haven't been playing at all.. The main reason I feel like I can't or shouldn't play is because with every patch recently I feel like Riot has made so many over powered items and champions that if even one gets by it will be a MUCH harder match. Usually I try to play ranked a few weeks after a patch comes out but... All of the new changes that they introduced with the bruisers and all of the armor nerfs.. I don't even think it's combat-able anymore. I can't ban all of these over powered champions, and Skarner right now has almost a 60% win rate. And then we have all of these devourer junglers.. I don't want to play when my jungler will just afk the whole early game, and then get strong. That kind of goes against what junglers are supposed to, influence the early game by ganking and even getting control of objectives. Why are junglers so ridiculous? Which will you let through?
