@RIOT Nerf Devourer Buff Kayle

Hey Riot, Remember when you nerfed Kayle in 5.16 because of SATED DEVOURER ONLY. I never see her in lane, so why not revert that nerf because sated devourer will be almost useless on ranged carries now, and giving her that extra 5 ad back would actually help in lane, and it would help her in the jungle too, because she'll need it after 5.19 guts ranged devourer users. Maybe she'll finally see play in lane, probably not. Thanks.
