Xerath

Surprisingly has a decent win rate right now. But compared to Lux he seems sorta bad. Lux has low cast times and her abilities are pretty much instant. She can use cc in her trades when Xerath can't since Xerath's E is his only self peel.

Is it just me or does Xerath's E seem really awkward? it's feel is different and doesn't match his kit. Other than that he seems really bad right now cuz he can't proc Thunderlord's with his combo.
