When this speed boost ends or when an enemy champion is within close proximity, it emits a shockwave, slowing nearby enemy champions

This part. This is way too annoying and irrelevant when someone SUDDENLY appears on your way to the target and items active goes to nothing. Or at least up its armor -_-

I could be wrong, but I think the proximity thing was added on after it got it's mini-rework because of the addition of better tank stats.
