What is the point of the second part of caitlyns passive

When attacking from a bush, caitlyn gains double the stacks for her passive. i have never, in the history of the game, seen a caitlyn use this consistently. if they happen to be in a bush thats one thing, but never have i seen a caitlyn purposefully go into a bush to double her passive gain. give her the same treatment as lee-sins spellvamp. its not needed and losing it wont lose her anything dire, and give her something small but meaningfull instead.

I use it intentionally when taking red buff, basically any jungle camp with a brush nearby.

Well, the point of it is to quickly get your passive and abuse your lane because that is what she is, a lane dominant ADC, abuse that.

Same reason rengar jumps at you from a bush. That's their thing.

thats the entirety of his passive. caits is every 7/6/5 autos her next auto does bonus damage. thats the main part. theres a second part where if she stands in a bush she gains double the stacks, but no one uses it.

And that's their fault for not using it. Just the same with kogmaws passive. I have seen people stand at the very edge of a fight and die but run away when they could quite easily have killed two people with it. If people don't want to use the passives then that's their loss.

If YOU know what to do with it, then do it. Don't say Riot should just remove it outright. Lee sin spell vamp got removed because look at everything he does. Cait does one thing. Shoot bullet, shoot blade bullet, shoot bigger bullet, place trap. There is brush all over the map and in landing phase it is important to trade and poke. This allows cait to poke without wasting mana on blade bullet to much.

this is small but meaningfull, especially after the buff to her passive. It´s very strong for taking jungle-camps early on and a good caitlyn will see the opportunity to stand in brushes in jungle fights and during the lane-phase.

It fits in with her lore. And caits do it a lot in the jungle. And some good caits abuse it in lane as much as possible.
