Is fizz even good now?
i'm just not feeling it anymore My winrate with fizz has lowered and now i'm planing not to play him anymore because its not fun anymore. Please share me with your thoughts

if you build straight ap he's pretty good but he's easy to counter lol
He is actually balanced to say the least. :)
According to my self experience he is viable and still pretty good if you are skilled with him. I feel him a little bit weaker in the mid game especially if i am behind, but in late game with

for me he is nearly the same as he was. Still very hard to lock down and can delete carries very quickly. Learn to use flash+e and you can just make carries disappeare in a half second. Also you can replace boots with 
for some extra damage thanks to the movement from . I have problems only when i face against 
, but she is a retarded carry from a retarded rioter.
He is fine still, he just isn't as oppressive and overbearing as he was before. He is what I personally feel an assassin should do. He is inferior to say LB or Zed w/ their ability to kill someone then get away, but he still does his job fine.
What is it you don't find fun about him?
Personally I do find it kinda dull that to assassinate someone with any reliability he has to land ult, which is a big cooldown to blow. Other assassins don't get that. That said, Fizz 100-0ing people in about half a second with a couple of basic abilities was kinda boring too.
