like whats the purpose of this thing if it makes my gameplay experience worse
waiting a 20min que just to play isnt worth it and makes me feel like not really playing league

Leaver Buster isn't supposed to be a nice experience. It is there so that chronic leavers stop ruining the game for others. The reason they keep leaving is irrelevant.
Since you have a 20 minute penalty it means you've been leaving quite a lot (it starts at 5). If you want to play this game then you need to think of your impact on the other players; will they enjoy me dropping out in the middle of a match? Would I like them to leave me? Not likely.
You should set aside at least an hour when playing to avoid having to leave in the middle of a match, and if you have any PC or connection problems you should fix them before queuing up. If you have PC/net problems there are people that can help with that.
When enemy jungler camps you for 5 mins and your mid is pretending to be afk because he was late 3mins into game
Then top laner decides to talk shit saying how good he as when he needed the junglers help to win lane
playing 4v5 leaves the rest of your team on tilt
