Honestly, they nerf the supports and then buff the champs that are already OP.
How to play as Kat- Cool down, then spam moves. Her passive let's you have 15 second shorter cool down on kill and it's easy for her to kill so just spam and spam!
How to play as Janna-Pray to god that the enemy is a noob and you can actually support your ally but it will be difficult due to nerfs.

cuz balance is relative champs that were balanced can suddenly be underpowered or overpowered despite no changes affecting them directly
